Austria 20 Kreuzer - Hub Test Strike?

Something I picked up recently from a German seller.

The seller described it as an Austrian 20 Kreuzer single-sided probe incuse strike in brass:

I have done some examination in hand. The obverse is an exact match of an Austria AR 20 Kreuzer KM-2212 (1868-1872) - I even compared the dentils. It appears to be struck on a brass planchet with upset rims.

I'm considering this could be a hub test strike since it is incuse and reversed, but also that it might be for a jeton. There are many jetons that are similar in design but I haven't found one that is an exact match to the obverse of the 20 Kreuzer.

Has anyone seen a similar piece who could give any insight?

Details are too perfect for a jeton. Can't say for sure, but if this was offered to me with the same description, I'd be interested.

I mention the jeton since the mint did produce some jetons during his reign and they re-used devices from coinage. I think it is likely a hub test either way. It's not unusual for hub tests to be done on copper or brass.
