Featured AURELIAN: Restorer of the World

Here is one of my favorite Aurelian Antoninian from my collection:

IMP AVRELIANVS AVG // DACIA FELIX

I like the early portrait and the reference to Dacia, i.e. a province that Aurelian relinguished to the Goths.



This type is common for Claudius II, but very rare for Aurelian, especially in this condition.
