(no monogram); BMC 16-9 (Koinon)</p><p>I think it may be an obverse die match to <a href="https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=140197" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=140197" rel="nofollow">this CNG coin</a>, and you can see where the reverse legend would be if this coin were in better condition.
