The way I understand it, Whitman is not filling the orders for J.T., but rather shipping them out on his behalf. </p><p><br /></p><p>Now.... Dawn did say to me that they do not have the complete list of names yet, but they expect to receive them within the next week. I expressed that, based on the situations leading up to their acquisition of the rights to the book, I was concerned whether they would ever recieve that list from J.T. in the first place. I was told that the president of Whitman Publishing was working directly with J.T and that they were very confident that his records would be forthcoming and complete. I asked again if they had any contingency in place if the list never materialized, and her response was that Whitman's primary concern is to make sure their customers are satisfied and they would work with those individuals on the list to make them satisfied.</p><p><br /></p><p>I told Dawn that I planned to share the details of our conversation with other collectors who had contacted me in regards to the book, and she was fine with me posting this information for others to read. She was also going to fill in the CSMs working the phones with the same information.
