Atocha Coin I found in FLorida

    I guess he doesn't believe Coin Talk. Oh well.

    In addition to the observations already mentioned, I see that the "wear" on the coin is simulated - it is actually in relief. Plus, it looks pretty good for a coin hundreds of years old (allegedly).

    yes finnaly! i wasnt able to post a reply for quite some time. I would sing on then i wouldclick reply and it would sign me out.
    ahh yeh.... i know it's a fake JBK didint you read my post saying "man that sucks". all i wanted to know was what was the symbols on the coin no one said what they were so i went to the mel fisher place. the S is a Assayer which means its from spain. i snt remember what else he guy told me but something about a castle a shield and lion on the back of the coin.
