This one is a rare Trilobite species, one of the earliest species of Trilobites known, and it was a species which lived in the depths and was blind....that's right, a Trilobite without any eyes. This is my second Trilobite fossil ever. The spines on the fossil, the coloration, and the fact that this is one of the earlier Trilobite species, dating back to the middle Cambrian period, makes this a cool fossil to own.
