All week I've been trying to catch a few ASE stragglers on eBay but for some reason they all go for around $22. Why do you think that is?? Well known sites like Provident sell ASE's for around $20 no matter the quantity sometimes even less! What gives, what am i missing here lol.
$20.68 on my favorite site........popularity and demand dictate the price. If they couldn't get what they ask (price wise) they'd have to lower things a bit. Bite the bullet, sit on your hands, wait a spell........
Provident is not as "well known" as ebay. Ebay would be my first place to look. At I just went to provident to "buy" one 2017 ASE. $20.74 for the coin plus $5.95 for shipping is $26.69. That ebay price is looking like a bargain compared to that.
https://comparesilverprices.com/ JM Bullion currently the least expensive (with free shipping) @ $20.80 for singles. (they also sell on ebay, and sometimes at a price lower than their website) I have had no issues when buying from them.
For anyone actively buying bullion (bars or coins) in small amounts, I suggest adjusting your eBay "Preferences" to get direct emails. Ebay will FLOOD your emailbox with deals, I get 4 or 5 a day; some are good, some are bad. They tend to offer free shipping from the big-name dealers. But you certainly have plenty to choose from.
Yep, free shipping on order ofer $99. I guess ill just start doing that. Its just eBay is so much fun! Gives me something to do lol. Maybe that's why people do it
I've never understood the buying on eBay. I've almost never seen anything on there that you couldn't buy cheaper from a dealer.
I guess its cheaper to buy singles, but then again I haven't checked any local shops, most of all my shopping is done online these days
