You can see one of the bars just left of the lettering in my image above.

I'm proud to own all of the reverse proof silver Eagles.

Who knows? I might like the 2006 enough to go after the others.

The 2013 enhanced finish is quite nice. Definitely a fun coin. The set also came with a reverse proof, also a beautiful coin. Highly recommend them if you don't already have them.

They appear to have lost mine in transit, so thats a bummer.

My first ASE ( I know it's not a proof, but thought the first day was cool!)

Arrived today. Belated Happy 20th to the silver eagle with a 2006 reverse proof. Love it!:woot:

I was doing a little research and (unsurprisingly) managed to confuse myself. Which ASE years have reverse proofs and burnished coins?

    Reverse proof- 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013

Burnished- 2006 to 2008, 2011 to present (2016 not yet released). No burnished eagles in 2009-2010 and no proofs in 2009.

Interesting. The 2012 and 13 proofs are extremely affordable in PR70. But the 25th anniversary proofs from 2011 aren't cheap in 69 and downright costly in 70.

Just because of the label. The 2011-W proof was also sold separately that year. The only coins exclusive to the set were the Phil. mint reverse proof and the San Fran mint burnished. Those two have a mintage slightly under 100,000.

I was referring to the reverse proofs. FYI

Ah ok. Yeah 2011 is the key with only 99,882 minted.

There must be a way to crop out the center and place a image of the obverse in it's proper chlorination there.
    I wonder how!
