When you open Paint you'll have a tool bar with lots of little symbols on it. One looks like a pencil, another looks like a paint brush. You can use either of these, the paint brush makes broader, thicker lines and the pencil very thin lines. And if you use the paint brush you get to decide just how thick those lines are by selecting it on the little chart that opens below the icon toolbar when you click on the paint brush. If you want to save your original unaltered image (with no arrows or circles) but also save the altered image with the arrows, then click on File, then Save As, and rename the altered image.
