Generally the UNC versions have a much lower mintage than the comparable proof of a commemorative coin, so should the UNC versions be more valuable in the long run? There are 4X the mintage of proof 1995 Civil War Battlefields silver dollars compared to the UNC. and the book is about the same for both.

I have both a slabbed NGC PF69 and a US Mint two coin set with coa and box of the 1995 Civil War Battle Field coins. I don't remember why I bought both versions of the same coin. When I look on eBay they both seem to be selling for about the same price. When I look up the "book" prices the slabbed NGC version should be worth much more.

Are the eBay auctions that i looked at just flukes, and should the book price be more accurate?

Thanks for any assistance and insights.
