That's a $6 opening bid plus $2.32 shipping so at min $8.32. Here's two of them for $6.50 w/free shipping http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-10-COIN-P-D-FULL-MINT-SET-w-Envelope-FREE-SHIPPING-/271876018961?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f4d12d311

and there is plenty more available under the min of $8.32 that Op has his starting at.

I think most are still in the OGP as they are worth more that way rather than cutting the half out. With a mintage of 129,881,800 which includes the 1,817,392 that appeared in mint sets the 1969 D Kennedy half dollar isn't exactly scarce in any way. I don't think the 1969 sets have been cut up like the 1970 sets have been when they contained a non intended for circulation coin. It's practically a losing proposition cutting up 69's for the half dollars. Unless the half is a high grade conditional rarity the intact sets sell for more. Also plenty of BIN w/shipping costs under the min $$$ OP is asking his auction to open at.
