I'm still kind of new to coin collecting and just recently got a USB microscope to help. looking over my small collection of coins I found that interested me I found these. are they worth keeping? 1946s 1969s 1971s 1970s
But it wort something it will be nice to add it to my collection i have nothing from USA, and i don't know how much to pay for it
It's only worth a quarter. You really should start your own threads. It's not nice to change the topic of someones thread.
It's worth 25 cents and no more, and not in very good condition. You can do much better for a US coin in your collection.
Take your time. Read and watch the other threads and posts to see how it's done. Any questions, ask away.
Congratulations on your new microscope. Great pics! Keep em coming. PS. Looks like your thread got hijacked. Not your fault.
Well @MrisaW only you can answer that question, & I think you already have, when you stated "coins I found that interested me". When you ask "are they worth keeping?", if you mean "will they be worth more to sell sometime in the future?", then the answer is probably no. But if you're asking "are they worth keeping?" because they interest you, & they don't make them like this anymore, & they are historical, & I found it in the wild,...etc., then the answer is YES. But only you can decide. Btw, welcome to CT! Nice pics, btw!
Welcome to the neighborhood @MrisaW. Coin collecting as a hobby is about collecting those coins and/or currency that you like and enjoy looking at and learning about. Those that collect for the purpose of making money only, have a different drive, so keep what you enjoying and learn about them.
