Not really worth any more than face value. However there is a growing fan base for toned coins. So if you like them, then keep them! What can be wrong with keeping cash?
I can clearly see the US in trust on the obverse and in pluribus on the reverse. I don't see any missing letters.
I think he's talking about the microscopic third picture that's barely visible even on my enormous 32" monitor. What I'm seeing is a grease-struck-through dime. These are extremely common, and worth zero premium. You have some pocket change here, and they are best spent.
