    They look like MAD to me.
    I keep them, but they are not worth much

    MAD= mis-aligned die, in my opinion, not worth over face value unless devices are affected, i dont keep them unless it affects the devices, while roll searching i've found hundreds like yours, very common..

    I think the cent is slightly broad struck.
    Minor but cool I'd keep it.

    Right... off-center strike is BOTH sides (i.e. the dies are properly aligned, but the planchet isn't). MAD is one side only (i.e. the dies aren't properly aligned)

    I don't have a clue of what "off struck" is. Your coin is a misaligned die coin. No value.
