The 1st one is a 1997D dime and it looks like the planchet may have been clipped. I scanned the reverse since it shows the smoothness around where the clipping is better. It doesn&#039;t seem to have been grinded by someone as I don&#039;t see any scratches and there is smoothness on the other side as well.
