Hello folks I have a look on 1 tremissis and 3 solidus in which I want to purchase the tremissis and one of the solidus, and I have crosschecked the prices from ma-shop, v-coins, ebay and HA. – But I still want some recommendation from you if one has time and energy to it. I am buying it from a numismatic store (or perhaps from a well-known auction house), and not from the flea market. So take the price in that context. First about a tremissis for 258 Euro I intend to purchase from MA-shop. I found a store in Denmark to see the tremissis he had, but taking the price and grade I decided to drop it and focus on MA-shop instead. At V-coins the cheapest one is 295USD with a similar grade, however in ebay and HA one could find some similar for the price between 173-200. In any case, I intend to buy it, and if any has an objection, then please say it: http://www.ma-shops.com/gin/item.php5?lang=en&id=117 I assume the price is fair. In the case of Solidus, I have 3 choices: A Justian for 320Euro http://www.ma-shops.com/cheilan/item.php5?lang=en&id=4825 However, there is a well-known auction house in Denmark in which they sell: Anastasius l for 400 euro: http://www.bruun-rasmussen.dk/search.do?pg=1&q=byzans&iid=300740919&mode=detail Constantine VII with Romanus for 400 Euro: http://www.bruun-rasmussen.dk/search.do?pg=1&q=byzans&iid=300740981&mode=detail Even if I have to pay the fee of 25% as Buyer’s premium, the price still would be lower when compared to Ma-shops, V-coins and even Ebay. My first choice is that Justian for 320Euro, but If you think I can get more for the money for the Anastasius or Constanstine VII, then I would give it a try.
