Are these coins genuine?

    The one Penny Hull is also not a fake.It was minted by the owner of the leadworks (Picard).It is listed in token publications such as Withers

    I agree about the Hull Lead Works Penny. They are so common, I can't see it being copied. It would be like counterfeiting a 1964 Jefferson Nickel. :goofer: My guess is it was a ground find. ;)

    As it happens my sister married a "Hull" and her name is Penelope so as I am a numistmatist I bought her the 1 Penny Hull and the 1/2 Penny Hull a few years ago. She is similar minded to me and is looking to buy a few querkie pieces.
