Are these bumps plating blisters on 1985 Lincoln cent?

    Oh ok ty. I guess I was thinking if they were blisters caused by the minting process it was an error. (Not necessarily that someone wants it/that it's valuable)

    May have started as blisters but now they are sites of zinc rot underneath the plating.

    Looks like plating blisters and some of them that have popped open so Zinc rot is setting in.
