Star note printed from these banks areas follows:</p><p>Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis and San Francisco.</p><p><br /></p><p>The notes printed in Texas can be identified by a FW down in the lower right corner of the face &quot;FW&quot;</p><p><br /></p><p>Star notes have an ~ 10% premium on them.
