Email is the best way to reach us. I cannot say why his call was not returned. If he called 18 times, did he leave a message 18 times or did he leave 1 message and then just hang up the other times? To be honest, we do not have the resources to man the phone constantly. We state this on the phone message. Our 1st priority is to fulfill orders and the entire staff is dedicated to that end.
