Are Loomis Penny Rolls from bank Uncirculated?

A quick note on a good way to identify if it's unciruculated. The advice of the 125g is good, but incomplete since the weight of the paper roll will add to it. If you have a good scale, I weighed 7 rolls. Every single roll had shiny new pennies on both ends for 2018. Every single roll weighed exactly 125.6g. New coins are pretty damn consistent and not only errors are hard to find but the weights and imprints of the things are also identical. I can't say I even see any die wearing on the new penneis anymore. Anyhow, if they are unciruclated new pennies, it'll weight pretty close to 125.6g.
