By the way, if I can't hold the coin in my hand, before I buy it, I now only buy certified coins. When you get burned the first time you'll see why I say this. I'll pay a local dealer a little more than online because I try to support local businesses, but even they have trouble with the new modern counterfeiter. I had three local dealers check a 1955 Double Die Obverse Lincoln Cent Coin and they all say it was authentic. I sent it to NGC and it came back as not genuine.

What you posted was a counterfeit, This isn't even close to what an over strike is. Maybe a 56 S' would do the job?
Our gov't has always made exceptions for those that follow the rules,
