Are either of these anything special??? No I in LIBERTY and very faint S in STATES... different coin

    Sorry, nothing special. The missing I could be a filled die or circulation damage. The weak S is a common striking characteristic.

    The photos become very pixelated when enlarged, but what you're seeing is likely the result of a grease-filled die. Such coins can be cool and/or fun to collect, but generally hold no additional premium.
