Both large date. The bottom one looks like a small ding ( vertical light line) that could have bumped the end up a tiny amount ( copper that small can move readily). but it is a large. Jim

Classic large date. See photo. Also, the 70-S small will have a weakly struck LIBERTY.

 

Thanks for the input! One of the 7's was a little smaller so I wanted to make sure.
