Are coins sitting out to tone considered natural or artificial?

    But by the same token, most every old blast white coin is also that way because of intent and intervention. Even if not dipped, they were put into special conditions to prevent toning.

    sorry i'm letting the grading companies do the AT/NT issue at least they have some kind of real world understanding of the issue and can offer a expert opinion on that

    all we can do is give opinions that really have no affect on the issue at hand

    You know the TPG's aren't infallible, they go liberal and then go conservative as the market benefits them.

    I have a Lincoln that fit's your statement.
    I rinced this with Acetone, and a couple soaks in Distilled water. This coin hasn't changed in a good 5 years.
    It was posted here years ago.
    Bought it at an Antique shop.
