:D You must not have excelled at Reading Comprehension 101. :D It's not my post which included falsehoods, it was what you were implying about my post which was false. Namely, "...it seems to me that your post is based on when you worked at a TPGS or CAC" -- which I never stated or implied. Your whole attack on my post was based on something I never said nor implied. Probably why you are a bit lacking in the reading comprehension department.....:D Since I wasn't commenting on grading expertise, my post wasn't necessarily useless as I was offering an opinion on CAC, TPGs, and overgrading. I am talking about all the graders employed during "boom times" when grading standards are seemingly relaxed. I have great respect for anybody who is a grader full-time. However, many may be hired prematurely...many in the past were thrown into the job very quickly without 100% supervision and training....many left the profession. Specifically, there is the time pressure and the volume pressure to spend very little time grading each coin. Maybe all of the TPG junior graders are better than all of the graders here (I doubt it, FWIW). However, the conditions under which they work -- time and volume -- make their grading expertise less valuable. Imagine a top-notch surgeon being told that for monetary reasons he/she needed to double his workload and not have any reduction in quality:wideyed:.
