Are all grease strikes considered errors?

Found this Connecticut quarter that looks like the motto was struck through grease. Is this considered a mint error even though I can’t seem to find it listed as an error anywhere?

Technically they are errors. But most of the time they are not worth anything more than face value.
Here is a page about grease filled dies:

While most grading services do attribute major mint errors, you will not find any of them listed in their population reports. That is because there are just too many possibilities for any one date/mintmark. Things like grease-filled dies and die cracks are so common that they are rarely attributed unless some fool wants to waste his money.

Thank you @furryfrog02 . The article was helpful. Makes me wonder how/ why a grease error on the Kansas quarter (in god we rust) can command a premium while others don’t.

Anything out of the ordinary that happens during the minting process can be considered an error, including machine doubling, die chips, strikethroughs, etc. while doubled dies are considered a variety...I think. Only some errors/varieties are collectable or valuable.
