good morning, I hear people talk about over inking or smears, but I find the inking on these serial numbers fascinating, not me in my shortyear of the hobby have seen anything like, has anybody and is this significant enough to be an error, thankyou 16002573502798447468655201531130.jpg 16002574367342674084939068900376.jpg

Thats really cool, but if your asking is it enough of an error to bring a premium
no, also the condition of the note isn't the best.

Valuable ink smears errors have a very LARGE smear.
The serial number will often be light or dark or slightly drippy.
Here are some in smear errors. This type of error is often faked.

Welcome to CT. The bill you posted just have a very minor problem-over inking and not worth any extra. If you want real money then you need bills like this:

    Or this:

In addition, the condition of paper money is everything.

Offset transfer errors are not ink smears. They are very attractive.
