Found new silver RIC 87 Sear 8643 Gordian III AR Antoninianus. IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, radiate draped bust right / P M TRP V COS II P P, Apollo seated left, resting arm on lyre. RSC 237. couple month I will be absent
I regularly pass over tons of Denarii, Sestertii, Antoninonininiii?? But if I ever found even a cull in the ground in it's natural habitat I would be ecstatic. A lot like mineral prospecting with a nice detector and finding some color.
I gotta amend that to a degree, finding a coin would top most Mineral finds under at least a few grams
