The second coin in the first post is indeed an Ottoman Empire 2 Qirsh coin of Egypt dated AH 1293/27 which is 1901-1902 A.D. as said before. According to my Krause Standard Catalog of World Coins it should weigh 2.8 grams, is struck in 0.8330 fine silver and has a mintage of 1,000,000.
The 'W' at the very bottom center at 6 o'clock on the obverse is for Engraver Emil Weigand, Berlin.

The '1293' written in the bottom line on the reverse is the year of accession, the number '27' near the top, below the three stars on the reverse is the regnal year, adding up to AH 1320. The number '2' on the obverse, below the toughra is the denomination.
