Hi everyone, Seeking feedback from anyone who has recently placed and received orders with Wizard Coin Supply over the last few months. I recently placed an order with Wizard because they have had a good reputation during my time reading coin forums. The package took a while to even ship, during which time I sent an inquiry about it and received no response. OK, everyone is behind so I stayed patient. When I did receive the package, I found several items (ALL of the coin tubes I ordered) missing even though they were accounted for on the packing slip. They never went in the box to begin with, as it was packed full an had no room for the missing items. In addition, my coin binder pages had the quantity hand corrected (reduced) and a note that the balance was back-ordered and will ship when available. They were NOT shown out of stock when I ordered and it appears they were considered in stock when the packing slip was printed, then corrected later. I was never contacted regarding the back-order. Looking up reviews (there are not many outside their facebook page) it appears that others recently are experiencing things not shipping, shipping short, bad/no customer service, etc. There are no good reviews as of late, all very bad. Finally, I found them listed on Amazon while looking for more reviews, and their seller page directs to a link that no longer exists. Not sure what that means. I have emailed Wizard regarding the short shipment and want to give them the benefit of the doubt while I wait for a response, but this is all way too fishy. I don't mean to trash a company up front, and if there is a positive outcome to this, I will certainly post praise here. I'm just not very confident based on what I could find. I want to know, has anyone had trouble with them lately? Was there a recent change in the company affecting how they do things?
