I only had one recent order with them that arrived without any problems at all. But I did want to add this….. I deal with a myriad of suppliers through my business and everyone these days is having supply chain problems. And in the vast majority of cases, the typical response is none at all. I don’t know if it is a sign of the times or if workers are just fed up with fielding calls from angry customers…. But no response seems to be the norm these days with problem orders.
I'm having trouble with them too. Order some Dansco folders, got them Friday was missing one. Called them several times no one answers the phone.
I've dealt with them in the past and had no issues whatsoever. I hope your experience was just one of the few orders that got lost in the cracks.
I have made a few purchases from them in the last few months and received them very quickly. However, I ordered from them on eBay and they are literally a few cities over ( in the same county). I could drive there.
I've had my orders refunded 3 times now without explanation, with the most recent within 5 minutes stating that I requested a refund, when I did not now or before. I have bought from them several times over the last decade, but also recently complained about their comic books bags being too narrow for the backboards I bought from them at the same time. I now have started thinking that they decided to ban me from purchasing anything. Their lack of communication is also an issue because I also have tried getting in contact with them through their message page & by phone which ends up going straight to messages when I intended to wait on the line.

I ordered some Whitman Albums from them via Amazon on Friday, Saturday I got notification they have been shipped via USPS with a delivery date of Dec 23 which I doubt will happen cuz the post offices blows. But the tracking number did show up in Informed Delivery and arrived at the Regional facility in Dulles VA last nite.
3 year old thread. I used them many years ago and everything was fine. Now that shipping is so outrageous, I usually get things on Amazon with free shipping (if you order enough $ value).
