I've done business with MA-shops and all coins were as advertised. Only once did I have trouble with shipping and MA-shops stepped up, contacted the seller, and I ended up getting a little bit better coin although it did take 3 months.
Hey, folks I was a bit onery to the Ancients, in that thread Haven't seen many trying to defend there opinion. That may be the way a republic works, just not the way a democracy works . Democracy dies in silence right?
Do me a favor... STOP This thread is about the internet platform vcoins. Just STOP talking about -anything- else. Using it to refight other battles is not helpful and could easily lead to more bans and departures.
Might even caĺl it caveat emptor. Vcoins gives you access to a number of dealers whose inventory you would not otherwise see. While there are some major US dealers represented, it's a nice alternative to the US focus of other platforms. I've found a few pieces for my casual collection of the 2s of the 2 Carolus' - III, IV, and IIII.
I've had very positive experiences buying coins over many years through the sellers on MA Shops. They are mostly European, so there is currency conversion and shipping costs to take into account. Another good source, based on the US, is VCoins, a very reputable site.
Yes to both. There is also some level of exclusion of parking lot trash since the sellers are all coin dealers of some experience. You won't get those fab cherrypicks, but on balance it's an improvement.
