My tracking states that I'm to receive the package tomorrow. The boy is in Oregon this week at a job site and then stays in the Twin Cities for a concert on Saturday. Hopefully he can make it over on Sunday.

I'll have to stare at that box all weekend. The anticipation is sure to kill me.

That's a lot more fun than I had today. I'm envious. I was actually painting.

 

I have no problem with this at all. People can spend their money however they want to. Not my cup of tea however. I find online coin auctions a lot of fun. Especially since I am retired and find sleepers all the time midweek, when the seller is a dummy and has the auction expire midday while people are working.

 

I catch a lot of those midweek midday auctions as well (I also have good luck late night est) in my case even the worst of the coins offered by vaultbox will upgrade something in my typesets and a chance of scoring one the redcores might give me coin/coins that I would never have the budget to aquire otherwise at the moment I'm flush and on a winning run so gotta take the chance

 

We've probably bid against each other at some point. All good.

Dug the scale out and have it calibrated.

 

My package is rdy for pickup at local fedex station will get it shortly (just home from VA/Drs so had it left at the local fedex shop )

 

Now I see that my scales capacity is not high enough for the box. Oh well, we’ll wing it!

 

hehe just checked mine... 600g max so I think mine should do ok... headed out for 2nd dr appt (just blood work) shortly and will pick it up.. I will probably wait until after supper to do the opening and reveal
