Or bad lighting. Regardless of quality they aren't gonna be dull or lifeless

That actually looks pretty good to me. Except the light is shining from straight above and being reflected straight back at the camera.

That works with normal Morgans because they have 10% copper so the light doesn’t reflect back quite so harsh. But with 99.9% silver it just doesn’t work well.

It looks pretty close to this one of a traditional Morgan (to me at least):

I've been buying from the Mint for a couple decades and I've never had an issue until 2019 with the S Enhanced Reverse ASE. And then again with the 2020 V75 ASE, And again on every purchase since. But I did have a hiatus from about 2010 til about 2017.

What is kind of annoying is that they have continued to release all sorts of weird gimmicky stuff. That nobody really is interested in. I wish they would stop that stuff and focus those employee’s attention on things they know they’ll need all hands on deck for.

Like the 6 coin 2021 Morgan & Peace series with every Morgan having a mintage of 175,000 coins and 200,000 for the Peace.

It’s obvious that minting and shipping all those coins is going to take a lot of employee time & attention and more hands on deck would be a huge relief to both employees and customers.

Really you had trouble with the V75?

I had trouble placing my order but my order was placed on 11/5 and it shipped out on 11/8 (in USPS’s hands) which seems like a reasonable turnaround time.

Especially considering the 7th and 8th of that month were a weekend.

If two customers who order the same product both have vastly different experiences from outstanding to poor it tells me the biggest issue is lack of staff.

It doesn’t matter how hard employees work if they just don’t have enough time or enough help.

If someone put me alone in a room with 50,000 coins that were being mailed out to 36,000 different people (some buy more than one) I could work my butt off 14 hours per day, skip my normal lunch breaks, and even skip toilet breaks I still couldn’t manage to get them all mailed out in 3 days. Just figuring out who gets what would take a day or two on its own.

Even tiny mistakes could lead to huge outrage. Oops we forgot to send your CC. Or oops it went to the wrong address. People would be fuming if that happened to their order so I imagine they’d be checking and double checking everything. Like bullion places such as JMB & APMEX do.

Can’t blame the employees. They’re doing their best. The blame is with management.

Agreed. Staffing issues seem to be the hallmark across the Country in just about every industry. Everywhere here in SC there seems to be "Help Wanted" or "Now Hiring" signs. And some places are offering serious money. I'm retired USAF so this issue doesn't affect me (as long as the Guberment is printing money!). But also from some of the comments here there also seems to be a serious training issue with Mint employees.

My 2021-D S$1 shipped today according to an email I received.

I wonder what the slabs will show for the CC and the O privy marks?

    Something like:
    2021 (P) CC privy S$1 ?

    Nah “privy mark” is enough.

It indicates it is not a mint mark and was not struck in CC.

Hopefully it looks like the originals though. I liked the goofy cartoonishly fat CC.

I spoke with someone at the Mint yesterday. After assuring me that my orders were fine, they said that the Peace Dollars will ship in November
