Anyone into Brazil...?

    Speaking of Brazil, I just got these two for .20cents US each out of the world coin bin at the local coin shop. Not great condition, and the 10 reis has a spot on the reverse, but I have collected coins from all over South America for years, and for some reason had none of Brazil. So now I do. :)

    Also, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what year this Brazilian banknote was issued originally? I can't find a date anywhere on it...

    I think it was around about 1967 when they changed the currency from the Brazilian cruzeiro to the New Brazilian cruzeiro
    at a rate of 1000 cruzeiros = 1 cruzeiro novo
