Long-time collector of antique stock certificates and bonds here, primarily European material — French industrials, Swiss railways, Bulgarian mining companies, American railroad bonds. Never heard of this before. It looks like an interesting niche though. What's the oldest generally available? I know the early East India companies issued stock but I'm not sure whether or not they printed paper certificates.
