eBay's report system should allow comments, so one could at least provide a link to the other auction he bought the coin from to prove he's doing fraudulent listings of items.

    Leadfoot there is no spoon

Scumbag seller who uses angled pics to hide problems.

Not sure there's anything against eBay policy here, but it certainly is not a practice I would condone and shows a serious lack of ethics all too common in the coin game.

    Caveat emptor.

SOMEbody didn't think it was kosher -- the listing has been pulled. However, his other auctions are still active, and I have my doubts about the S-mint IHCs he's got up. Let's take a quick trawl through his feedback...

Here's an 1871 IHC that he bought as "choice XF+", and is selling as "AU+ About Uncirculated Near Mint State".

I see that he bought a cleaned, ANACS-slabbed 1908-S IHC; not sure whether he cracked it out to produce his currently-listed 1908-S Indian Head Cent Key BU+ GEM Mint State FULL RED Cartwheeling Beauty! -- but I'm guessing not, since he's shown no reluctance to sell coins in detail slabs.

He's relisted a "1909-S Indian Head Cent GEM BU+ Mint State RED KEY w/ Cartwheeling Luster RARE!" that he sold just a week or two ago. Wonder if the buyer took advantage of the 7-day return that's listed in the auction. Since it was a private listing, there's no way to correlate with feedback.

It's gotta be tough to make money buying on eBay and then immediately reselling the same item on eBay -- unless you lie about or exaggerate the condition, and find buyers who don't catch on. I'd love to see this guy taken down, but I'm not sure he's quite going over the line on any of these auctions.
