Since the Smithsonian would more than likely appraise the coin but expect the elderly lady to donate it to them, would she be better off consigning the coin to Heritage, Bowers &amp; Merena or Goldberg Coins?</p><p><br /></p><p>Any help and ideas would be appreciated!
