    If you find a Declaration of Independence quarter, by Thomas Jeffersons chest on the front of the coin if there is a Privy mark that says July 4, you have just found a new circulating rarity from the mint.

    Whaddya know, you're right. It only took me 6 years to find a West Point (W) quarter, so my chances of find one of these is probably pretty slim. ;)

    Only available in circulation, mintage 250,000
