A few weeks ago I had won a graded proof nickel for my set on eBay. About the same time I also started having heart problems and was in and out of the hospital so I never noticed the nickel hadn't come or that I had received another package in it's place. My wife was checking the mail and when a package of coins came in she opened it put it on my chest of drawers and didn't even mention it as thngs were kind of hectic. After a couple of weeks she said hey you got some coins the other day and brought them to me. It was a graded 2015 Truman Coin and Chronicle set with packaging. I asked who it was from and she said she didn't know I also told her I never bought one of those and never even bid on one. I finally decided it had to have been sent by mistake from the dealer that hadn't sent the nickel. I contacted him and he said he hired a new person and they mixed up a lot of packages around that time. He didn't seemed concerned about me having a $200+ set for a $50 nickel but I returned it and he refunded my money. I know long story but just wondering if it happens often?
