The Sellers are still cheating their customers. I could give you dozens of examples just within the coin/currency world, such as people selling 1922 No D cents that aren't, US trial coins that are actually toys, reprints of currency sold as certified for hundreds of dollars more than any possible value and of course, rolls of 'unsearched' coins.
