First off, I have not been wronged by this seller so this is not in retaliation. I'm just stating the facts as you can see for yourself on the ebay site regarding this seller. Check out several of the sellers bidders in each week's auctions, especially the auctions of the most expensive and rarest coins. Interesting how the same bidders seem to appear in these pricey auctions, and interestingly enough these bidders rarely win any of this seller's auctions. Next fact, take a look at the seller's feedback area, and you will also see that, in those auctions where these bidders actually are highest bidder and win the coin, the high bidder never appears in the seller's feedback area. So in other words, these "high frequency bidders" that rarely win, but when they do, never leave any feedback on this seller's feedback board. Hmmm, why do you suppose this is? Ok, hear's a couple of the most frequent bidders to look for. Keep in mind, I can't give you entire ebay id as only partial id is given on bidders along with number of feedback the respective bidders have on ebay currently. However, it's just enough data to track these "high frequency bidders" and keep notes, which I've now been doing for over six months on this seller. Here are 2 of the highest frequency bidders that are "in connectiong" to this seller's auctions : l***a( 1186) , d***a( 357) . SERIOUSLY FOLKS, YOU TELL ME, IS THIS SHILL BIDDING ON BEHALF OF THE SELLER OR WHAT! ? I'M AVOIDING THIS SELLER LIKE THE PLAGUE FOR THIS VERY REASON. And, when I look at the amount of bidding activity from these 2 bidders WITH THIS PRECISE SELLER, they have the highest of all bidders each month at 98% and 98% respectively. AND KEEP IN MIND, THIS IS ON THOUSAND DOLLAR COINS. STILL THESE BIDDERS RARELY WIN AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY NEVER LEAVE FEEDBACK. Done my homework here everyone. I highly recommend that you do your own research and remember the old saying "buyer beware". Another saying that comes to mind..."there's a sucker born every day!" . If you look closely, you'll see that many times these "high frequency bidders" for this seller draws in one innocent uninformed bidder who gets caught up in the apparent bidding war as the price grinds higher just prior to the close of auction. He ends up taking the bait from the "high frequency bidders" and there you have it... mission accomplished by seller. He just landed the big sucker fish to take the hook, line and sinker. . . C A C H I N G - C A C H I N G ![/QUOTE]
