    I wouldn't be too surprised if the seller is just selling out of someone else's inventory and making a small profit for their effort. They just need to be more up to date with their listings and remove them when the coin sells through the owner of the coin. This isn't that unusual of a practice, I did it myself for a while. The dealer didn't list on eBay, so with his permission I marketed his coins and made a few bucks when they sold.
