British Pennies. They look like the kind of stuff you can buy in dealer's "junk" boxes for a dollar or less. You can look them up online - one source would be NGC's website. Look under "resources" for world coins to find mintages and values.
In that condition the value is in scrap copper. I have about 100Kg of them waiting for the price of copper to rise.
It is very common British coins in bad condition. Not expensive. But it is a pieces of Great History at the same time.
I am actually putting together a Large British Penny album. What you have there are 4 common date British Pennies. Retail Value is about 25 cents a piece. Large British pennies near 1900 and after have little value unless in XF+ Condition. And the website listed above is a great place to look for retail values (but consider that retail values may be only Half or so of what you can actually sell them for in the world of foreign coins.) They aren't that "junky". Nice average circ examples go for 25c each. These aren't nice enough for that but if they were well mixed with better grades and better date they would easily bring a quarter apiece. The '21 is the kind of piece that gets buyers' attention.
