Anyone Buying American Silver Eagles?

I went through a couple hundred ounces Google search for sold listings and was surprised at what vintage is now priced as generic silver.
Not sure the vintage silver will recover unless has the cool rarity factor much like MS63/64 slabbed US coinage.

Look up 1981 US strategic stockpile silver from the SF mint. See if there's any premiums. lol I wouldn't classify it as fancy. See if you can find a 5 ozer anywhere.

 

No real premium on the One Ounce rounds or bars, even though they represent a time in history.
