Also, if I were the manager of the McDs location charging that &quot;tax&quot; (which likely wasn&#039;t a tax, so much as a fee), I would instruct employees to ask any customer without a tray to give up their seat for customers with trays who were looking for a table. It&#039;s unfair to expect McDs to provide AC, complimentary wifi, cleaning, refills and the general real estate for &quot;free&quot; when they decide to charge a fee for those services.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
