You are failing to understand...everyone here at CoinTalk has been shot out of the sky at one time or another. The only information acceptable on this site is accurate information. Anyone putting out bogus info is immediately called out on it.

You have been given years of experience-based advice. It is up to you how you react to it.

As noted @Conder101 /post #18, it is not possible for the numeral to be "twisted", except by PMD.
Go to Wexlers' website doubleddie.com and read about how dies are made. Also, read about worthless doubling and, also as mentioned previously, about the minting process. Once you have this under your belt you will understand why the damaged coins you find could not have happened at the mint.
