Auction closed December 2, invoiced December 4, paid December 7. Radio silence since acknowledged payment. I know I’m a minor player and it’s international shipping but wondering if anybody has experience with them and how long it takes them to ship.
I paid on Dec 11 + I got a payment acknowledged email + on then on Dec 14 I got a notice saying it shipped on Dec 12..
I am still waiting on 2 lots I won in the auction but I received a shipping confirmation fairly quickly. I would send them an email.
Hmm. So many auctions these days I have forgotten that one. Looks like mine is stuck in New York and has been for a week. Coincidentally so is one other package (also from Switzerland, also shipped on the same day).
Like you, I paid on the 7th and still have no shipment notice. This is my first auction so I’m not sure what is normal.
My coins arrived today - Switzerland to Virginia, USA - shipped on 11 December. You might just get a surprise in the mail.
