Anybody gotten the Adams dollar or Washington (state) quarter yet?

I acquired a roll of P Adams dollars today. Before mothers day I bought a few Denver's from my local coin dealer because they were the only ones available. I gave my mother in-law a Whitman year set book with a nice Washington and Adams, she was delighted.

I have noticed one major difference between the Adams and Washington. The Adams coins are in much greater shape then the Washington's were when I search over $100.00 to only find a hand full of them that didn't look like Washington had been slashed up by Jack the Ripper. I am wondering now if the Philly mint didn't have edging trouble with most all the Washington's initially causing them to be edge processed more then once, thus causing them to get beat up so badly. Just a guess.

2 co-workers of mine went to different banks and bought some rolls. im not really sure as to why, they dont collect coins at all.... makes me wonder

 

I picked up a roll of the adams today and didn't find one in the rool that had few enough marks on it to bother keeping. The only one I kept was because of a long die gouge in the reverse field

I just picked up some Adams dollars today after school. Now i just need to spend them.

 

Just rec'd both at the credit union. I had gotten some washingtons early on, but then they ran out.

Today they had BOTH in the tray.
